Here’s a little productivity trick I came across recently. I found it to be extremely effective:

If you come across a task that will take less than 2 minutes to complete, tackle it right away instead of putting it off for later.

These little “2 minute” tasks can really add up over the course of the day. If we are constantly putting them off, we end up being less productive, procrastinating and wasting time.

Completing “2 minute” tasks immediately will result in:

Less To Remember

More Time – why waste 2 minutes writing a task down to be completed later, when you can do it now

Less Stress – more time + less to remember = less stress

Sense of Achievement – Every time you complete a task, you get that nice feeling of satisfaction and achievement. This will result in being more motivated.

So as you can see, something as simple as taking the “now” approach, can result in an improved mindset and daily outlook. I challenge you give the 2 minute trick a go. Let me know you results.
