i dont know... i've been loosely following the Warrior Diet concept of under-eating during the day. basically throughout the day i will have an apple, a couple of crackers w/ a little peanut butter, and/or a small handful of almonds. and I feel far more energetic than i used to when i was eating all the time. also, ironically, i feel way less hungry. and if i workout in the morning i almost cannot be productive again until i nap. i guess its just a matter of personal preference and finding what works for you personally.
